Simple. But not easy. Always fascinated by the culinary arts, Kathleen turned her attention to truffles several years ago. After many trial runs with chocolate from various producers around the world, she settled on French-made Callebaut chocolate as her base product for the Decadent line and the Belgian-made Callebaut chocolate for the Sugar-free line. These were specifically chosen for their consistency, their ability to "listen" and their smooth, velvety texture. And it's those three characteristics that have allowed Kathleen to deliver what she calls "a total truffle experience" to her clients.
Now, Kathleen and her husband, Jack—the face behind the counter at local markets—offer more than 50 varieties—yes, 50! And each one of them—from Almond Crunch to Vanilla Delight—contains a perfect balance of flavours. All of our truffles are prepared from original recipes without preservatives.
