At Kathleen's Kitchen, we offer an incredible line-up of truffles and other chocolate delights. As well as producing more than 50 distinct flavours using only the best French and Belgian dark, milk and white chocolate and other ingredients, we also offer a selection of sugar-free truffles.
What exactly is a truffle? It's a soft, creamy centre (called ganache) dipped in chocolate—the perfect complement to, well, life. They are best served at room temperature.
From the elegant sophistication of a simple Cranberry Orange to the fiery spice of Satan's Kiss, we're sure you'll find plenty to enjoy. And, at just $2.25 each, it's a luxury just about anyone can afford!
PLEASE NOTE: All of our products may contain traces of nuts.
Care and storage of Kathleen's chocolates
Truffles should be served at room temperature and eaten as soon as possible. If not eaten immediately, you can preserve the delicate flavours of our truffles by taking a few simple precautions.
- Keep away from heat, moisture and strong odours.
- They can be refrigerated for up to six weeks, but they should be double-bagged with each bag individually sealed. Let sit at room temperature for at least two hours before serving.
- They can be frozen for up to two months. Thaw them in the refrigerator for six to eight hours and then, still in the bag, warm to room temperature for two hours before serving.
